Great place! Pet friendly with a few additional amenities for pets! No issues at all other than Wi-Fi password was missing a digit but we didn’t need it as there was too much to enjoy outside

Do not believe previous positive ratings - Very Misleading

This property is NOT clean! There was an inch of dust on fixtures, clocks, etc. There were food splatters on the wall and peanuts on the cabinet ledge from a previous renter that was not cleaned. We found a press-on nail on the side of the chair cushion, along with dust and animal fur. There was blood stains on the mattress when the sheets were removed for checkout. The towel bar in the bathroom was off the wall. There are brown stains on the couch. The wifi to connect a laptop never worked, even with contacting management. I received a text from someone named Rick, whonclaimed the wifi worked on his end, and I invited him to come to the condo to see how the laptop wouldn't connect. I never heard back from him again. There is NOT AC in the whole place. The bathroom and 2nd bedroom has no AC, and the rooms were HOT. When I called management, the lady tried to tell me that the listing said "partial AC." When I sent her screenshots of the listing that says AC, her response was, "Oh, it doesn't say partial AC."I would NOT recommend this property at all. Management never followed-up after I called the first time with issues. I had to call back again and speak with a supervior, who is trying to escalate these concerns.

Affordable and good location

We stayed here for a week in the beginning of September. It’s close to the beach, restaurants, and still quiet. The communication before check in could have been a little better - I sent a message the day before check in and got a templated auto reply telling me how to proceed if I was interested in renting the property. There were some minor issues such as the blinds not opening and a window not opening but overall it was what I would expect for the good price. The view from the deck is gorgeous and neighbors were very friendly. I’d stay here again.

Bayside condo was so clean and the set up was perfect for up to 6. A little welcome bag of necessities was provided and linens/towels making the stay so easy. The views are unmatched of the bay and the walk to the beach is so close, less than 2 blocks. Convenient to everything and a short drive to the inlet/boardwalk. Had the best time in a great place!

Nice location

We enjoyed staying in this condo. It was bigger than expected and we thoroughly enjoyed the deck for morning coffee and a glass of wine at night. As it was late fall, it was very quiet, not a lot of restaurants open, so it was nice to have a kitchen to cook in. We would recommend.

Even Nicer Than Expected. Would stay again.

Spectacular direct view of the bay from the porch. Nice block with lots of places to eat and play without being too close to the crazier sections. Not too far from the ocean (although you do need to cross the highway) and only a few minutes drive to the inlet and boardwalk. Unit is clean and well maintained. Primary mattress surprisingly comfortable. Loved not having to bring sheets and towels. Lots of little extras included: beach chairs and umbrellas, games and puzzles, pots and pans for cooking. Clean carpet in good condition. Tiny bit of dog hair on sofa, but that's normal for a place that allows dogs and not a reflection on the cleaning crew, the place was very clean. There is AC in the primary back bedroom and living room. No AC in front kid's room but they left the door open and the living room's AC kept them comfortable (full disclosure, it also wasn't super hot while we were there.) Sheets were very clean but the top blankets and shams aren't washed between rentals so be aware if you are one of those who doesn't like top sheets. Overall, a very nice place. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very cute condo with nice bay view

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was nice for a little bit of a quieter environment while still being close to the beach. The condo was perfect for our group of four - it was great to have the extra half bath and there was plenty of sleeping space. We enjoyed the breakfast bar at the window between the kitchen and living room. Very nice deck with a great view and everything was very clean. Our only problem was that the unit was not ready on time. We arrived at 5:15 (check in time 4:00) and the cleaner was still there.

Great location with everything you need for you and the pup!

We stayed during Cruise Week which is the week before Memorial weekend. Overall, the property had every amenity you could think of. It was also pet friendly. As for location, this place is awesome! It overlooks Assawoman Bay and is one block from the beach. We loved watching sunsets on the deck in the awesome balcony chairs. There’s also an umbrella you can use for shade. The home also came with two types of dog gates so your pups don’t go wandering downstairs. There is a bar/restaurant next door which is open late. They also play live music but in our opinion it wasn’t too loud and definitely ended early. Their food was also pretty good. There are also other restaurants around as well. The inside was mostly great. I say that because there were a couple of minor things that could have been better but the furniture was comfortable, the interior decorative, and most of all, pet-friendly. We even appreciated the dish soap, laundry pods, trash bags, and toilet paper/paper towels. There were also some other cleaning supplies as well. The space was relaxing, the air flow was awesome. Most of the time we just had the windows open for the breeze. Now for the cons, the comforter in the master bedroom was pretty dated and stained. There were also dirty towels in the hamper. We think the TV in the second room works but couldn’t find a power cord or batteries for the remote. Overall we would definitely recommend and also stay again.

SO nice!

Check-in took us a moment as we were not able to locate the lockbox. It's on a deck railing--we were looking for it near the door. The place is adorable and immaculately clean. We took two little dogs with us and there is a gate on the deck to put at the top of the stairs which was great as on the one sunny day we had the dogs loved basking in the sun. That night there was a big storm and it was awesome to see the lightning over the water. The view is gorgeous. Take binoculars! It was cold and rainy the majority of time we were there but there is a lovely little faux fireplace that heated up the great room and provided some coziness. We were advised that only one set of towels would be provided, so we were pleasantly surprised to find that there were plenty of clean towels about the house. The coffee maker is a Keurig so bring pods with you if you need coffee to survive (we do.) The only draw back is that there is a huge new restaurant right next door with a sandy beach. Hopefully once it opens the peace and tranquility that this lovely little cottage provides won't be jeopardized.

Nice place.

Dog friendly, pretty quiet but centrally located. Will stay again in the spring. Needs some cosmetic work, (drywall joint lines on Ceiling and corner tape pulling off) Kitchen was clean, bring laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels and sponges. Plenty of cutlery, pans and tools. Plenty of sleeping space
