This should have been a 5 star review. It's a great apartment. BUT the bed in the main bedroom was AWFUL. The mattress was shot, so two people can't sleep on it without rolling in to the middle, and we daily woke up in pain from sleeping with no real support. We contacted Vacasa on the first morning. Whilst they were initially quick to respond, it was all just words and buck passing and they did absolutely nothing to deal with the problem. If you value a good night's sleep (and who doesn't want that on vacation?) then until the bed/mattress is updated I would steer well clear of this property, and any Vacasa managed property. It's a real shame as otherwise it's a great apartment in a great building in a great location. But the mark of a good property and management is how they deal with problems when they arise. Vacasa couldn't even be bothered to have someone come and assess the bed, let alone even consider doing anything concrete about it. They repeatedly said they would "reach out to the local manager." Needless to say I never heard anything.
