New family home that can accommodate one or two couples with children (6 people max), in the heart of the Prunelli valley, 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Ajaccio and 15 minutes from Lake Tolla. House of 140 sqm floor. Nous avons passé de belles vacances à Lupena. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants et sympathiques, la maison offre de belles prestations ! Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir trouver de solutions pour la piscine et de ne pas avoir pu profiter de l'extérieur. Frelons, guêpes par dizaines constamment sur la terrasse (a cause de la vigne en guise de toit pour faire de l'ombre). Il faudra trouver une solution pour continuer a louer la maison l'été car c'est vraiment très contraignant de ne pas pouvoir jouir de l'extérieur sans parler qu'il faut fermer les volets pour ne pas être embêté même à l'intérieur en soirée par les frelons ...Expérience donc partagée mais tellement de potentiel dans cette maison !!

La maison est conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la pièce de vie et la terrasse qui sont très agréables (notamment pour la luminosité, le calme et la vue). Caroline a été disponible et à l’écoute pour nos demandes et pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Nous la remercions pour son chaleureux accueil dans sa maison où il fait bon vivre.
