We had an amazing stay here! The location in Jalatlalco is perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. The whole place is clean, and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping team to the restaurant crew. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always happy to help. Overall, just a really comfortable, easy, and enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back.

The level of care and personalized attention transformed our stay from enjoyable to truly extraordinary. It was truly five-star. Every staff member, from the reception desk to housekeeping, was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. They anticipated my needs without being asked and handled every request promptly and with genuine charm and smiles. Everything was phenomenal from the moment we arrived. Service is 10/10. Anything you need they are there. Food service to your room, taxi ready when you need, courtesy wake up call. Daily bread, tea, alcohol in the courtyard. Beautifully decorated and rooms spotless.

Perfect boutique hotel!

Los Pilares was perfect -- close enough to everything near the center, but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. I loved the ability to take a dip in the pool or grab food at the rooftop restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location away from crowds but walkable to where everything is happening and nice outdoor terrace. One major negative though, the Wifi never worked and there isn’t celular signal in bedroom, so WiFi is a must. Staff tried to help but they had no idea how to fix it, even though they are friendly didn’t think they were qualified to deal with stuff like this. A/c in bedroom was directly in front of the bed so you would freeze at night, we tried moving the fan but there was no way.

My stay was enjoyable, however, the Hotel is grossly overpriced. What was not appreciated was the fact there wasn't even free coffee offered in the morning. I would expect at least coffee / pastries for the price I paid. My room was clean...and the shower was difficult to figure out how to use. I really like this Hotel, it's just super over priced.
