We loved our stay at Ted's guest house! I traveled with my 79-yr-old mother and my small dog, and it was a bit snug for us but perfectly fine for 3 nights.
The scenery and the casita itself are beautiful! Ted does a great job of communicating quickly, making himself available for any questions or needs, and making the home feel cozy and welcoming.
The roads getting to the home were a bit tougher to navigate than expected, but we were able to park directly across from our gate. My mother has a tough time walking uneven surfaces, so the slant on the road and on the patio was a bit tricky for her, but parking close by made it easier.
The entry and the entire home was very private, with a completely separate entrance at street level!
The neighborhood is beautiful, and my dog loved walking there each morning.
The home has all the comforts you could want, and we loved having the toaster, tea kettle, microwave, hot plate, and mini fridge so we could have our own food with us.
I would absolutely recommend Ted's listing!
It is a snug studio, so I wouldn't do a stay there with large dogs or more than 2 people. Also, know that the streets are narrow and a bit steep, and the entry and patio are pretty uneven (part of the beauty, but tough for those with mobility issues).
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and look forward to going back in the future!
