This property is a complete misrepresentation—don’t be misled by the photos. I booked a one-night stay (March 22) through Travelocity, where it was advertised as a hotel with included parking. Upon arriving at 10:30 PM, the owner flatly refused to honor the reservation, claimed it was an Airbnb, and stated he “didn’t care” about the booking. He then demanded I move my car from the driveway, only to inform me that parking would cost an additional $25—directly contradicting the listing. After complying and parking on the street, I was left waiting outside in the cold for over 20 minutes while his pit bulls barked aggressively. When a room was finally provided, it was in unsanitary condition and had a strong, unpleasant odor. Throughout the interaction, the owner was arrogant, hostile, and belligerent, with behavior that felt threatening. Given the circumstances, I chose not to stay.

What you see on Expedia listing is NOT what you’re getting! The photos are of the owners home. He has four barking dogs to greet you on his property. He made me wait 20 minutes to “prepare” the place/room. The space downstairs is large but unkept. The owner or whoever lives there personal items are everywhere in the common areas. No jacuzzi. No parking on the property. No shampoo or conditioner, and soap. The owner brought me a towel from upstairs which don’t know if it was laundered just like all the bedding. Blinds to the window didn’t work or are damaged so no privacy since the room is street level. Stained mattress and couch. Squished bugs left on walls and ceiling. Floors look like they haven’t been swept or mopped in months. Kitchen equipment are unclean or missing pieces. Refrigerator and freezer full of food. I could hear an elderly men moaning from room next door. No theme to rooms. Backyard had dog feces everywhere. Owner was rude and short for no reason. Seemed like people no showed him a lot because he seemed surprised by my arrival. Never sent any instructions or code. Took him 30 minutes to send me the code to the door. Expedia now can’t get ahold of him so I’m out money but I’m here to save you yours! Don’t book here! Not worth the terrible service and gross accommodations that is being falsely advertised.

Unfortunately hotels.com couldn’t cancel the reservation and I was forced to stay ina dirty room which I had to clean for breathing was difficult for the amount of dust and the wet dog smellzm.he floor was so nasty. I also had to clean it. I informed the owner or manager or owner and I was ignored. An apology would have been nice. I don’t recommend this place unless it’s cleaned.

Weird place

First of all I couldn't even get in. The reception was very rude over an intercom by the front door. Call them up from outside a child picks up, speaks unintelligible language and hangs up. On the booking says free parking Wich was on the street on a sketchy neighborhood. I was riding a motorcycle and couldn't trust leaving it out on the street. Anyways the place looks very weird. I have to give up on staying. So I'm looking for refund.

If you're looking for simple and inexpensive accommodations, this is the place! From the time you arrive at the property to the moment you walk through the door, the property is covered in green! The indoor plants give the space a rather comfortable and somewhat tropical feel. The human host is kind and laidback and the four-legged hosts are amazing as well!

It was close to work. BUT NOT WORTH IT. I stay at a lot of hotels and inn's traveling for work and I've never given a bad review. Dirty ones, noisy ones. But never was I made to feel unwanted or like id done something wrong by asking simple questions about availability or facilities. Rudes not even the right word...the guy is hostile about asking anything of him. Like he wanted to fight. The directions to the rooms are wrong and there is no sign outside, it just looks like every other house on the street so you don't necessarily want to just walk into some random person's yard without making sure it's the place 1st.
