Upstairs/WAVE WONDER: offers a spacious living room, full width of house sunroom, with brand new floors and windows, with ocean views and a sundeck, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 7 with sleeper sofa included) with exterior stair entrance.
Downstairs/SAND SHACK: offers a spacious living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area, sunroom (full width of house), and 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5). Ground level entrance, with no steps. BRAND NEW one of kind epoxy floors, and brand new HVAC.
