The house is well maintained and clean. The beds were very comfortable! Some things that would have been nice to have, toilet paper in every bathroom and tea towels in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you for everything!

Wonderful time with our family.

What a beautiful home! The home was lovely, the pool was great, however my very favorite spot was the swing on the second balcony. My husband and I loved sitting in that swing and watching the seagulls and pelicans fly over. We could also see the ocean as we sat in the swing. We had a beautiful vacation with our family.

Great location

Great house with an even better location. This is a very new and clean house that is updated. I have stayed at a bunch of places at OKI and love this location. Walk to Publix walk to the park and walk to the beach.

Perfect Location!

The house and the pool were absolutely amazing and the location was perfect! The only issue we had was with the hot water in the showers- the hot water would go in and out through each shower. If this is fixed this will be our go to place every year!!

Amazing Place!

We loved every minute at this house! Perfect location, as it is walkable to so many places (the beach, grocery, a few restaurants, park, splash pad, farmers market)! The beds were so comfortable as well! It was so nice to have the pool too. We could take a break from the intense beach sun. We definitely hope to be back! Would 💯 recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful home for a family beach trip

This home was lovely, brand new and large enough for 10 of us have our own space. We enjoyed the convenience of Publix across the street (however, trucks begin deliveries to back dock every morning at 5:30 so if that noise will annoy you, be aware, you will hear them). Overall a perfect place, close to all the fun!

Beautiful Property!

Enjoyed our recent stay at R&R by the Sea. Description was 100% accurate and everything went seamless. The only complaint we had was the hot water heater. The hot water was intermittent at best.

Amazing beach getaway!

My family and I had an amazing time at the beach house. There is enough space for everyone, decor was great and the views including the sunset were amazing! Everything was well stocked. Communication was great with the property manager. Beach was so close and within walking distance. The house is close to Publix, dominos, donut shot and other local restaurants. We absolutely loved the house and highly recommend it.

Perfect Beach Vacation!!!

Wow R&R by the Sea was the perfect beach home for our family and friends' beach trip. Everything in and around the home felt brand new! The included kitchenware and beach supplies were a welcome addition. For those wondering, the home is perfectly situated one block off the beach, with several beach entrances close by. Lastly, an unexpected surprise is how close the home is to several attractions besides the beach (e.g., skatepark, kids splash pad/playground, ice cream/doughnut shops). We will be staying at R&R by the Sea again on our next trip to beautiful Oak Island!

Beautiful Home

Property lives up to the description and photos. As others have mentioned, it is in a very convenient location to a nice park with a splash pad, a skateboard park, Publix grocery store, and an easy stroll to the beach. The house has a nice layout for large groups comprised of multiple families and is loaded with thoughtful touches. As others have mentioned, there are some maintenance issues - such as inconsistent hot water, ill fitting or broken toilet seats, condensation on some of the air vents that is causing mold, etc. Property management was responsive throughout and the home is still worthy of high marks despite the issues.

Issue with Communication, Mold and Hot Water

The property is very pretty, nicely decorated and comfortable. Location was great, beds are comfy, lots of eating space. Pool was great! Hot water was an issue the entire stay and couldn't get a response from the property manager. Hot water wouldn't last more than 2 minutes in the showers and sinks. There was a lot of mold growing on the ceiling in the powder room. We reported it immediately. The handyman came out with Tilex tile and mold remover to spray the area & seemed like he painted over it. The area around the pool was overgrown with weeds, we reported this, the handyman sprayed the weeds but didn't pull them. The hammock was missing, we were initially told a new one was going to be brought to the house, when we asked again on day 3, were told that it wasn't going to be replaced. There was one towel per person & 1 kitchen towel provided, they were tiny and thin. We called and towels were brought over. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware but didn't have any food storage containers, foil, ziplocs, etc - bring your own. No extra garbage bags or paper towels. The welcome gift is a hotel size soap bar and shampoo. Ice maker barely made ice all week, so be prepared to buy. Air fryer was broken and not replaced when reported. House was great, would rate higher but management was not great at communicating or facilitating repairs.

Oak Island Vacation

We ended up not being able to stay where we originally booked, which was thru another rental company. Within 2 days of our arrival, itrip rentals was able to work it out for us to stay at R&R by the Sea! The house is absolutely beautiful and met all our expectations! It is close to everything you need and we absolutely loved our stay there!
