Slow response

The property was very nice and everything we could have asked for. But on our first night (Saturday), the handle on the toilet broke. So I sent them an email through the contact info on the Dack app.and I heard nothing from Better Beach Rentals until I called on Tuesday. Was told at that point that ahe would put in for it to be fixed. We got use of our toilet in the main bathroom on Thursday.

Great times at Caswell Beach

Great place to stay with easy and direct access to Caswell Beach. Loved tidal pools for the youngest children. Accommodations were as listed and shown in photos. Kitchen had plenty of cookware to allow for meal preparation. Short drives to Oak Island, Southport, and shopping/restaurants. The entire family had a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Beach trip 2023

The property is beautiful with a view of the ocean. Direct beach access was wonderful, no driving around trying to park. The location is close to pier and my husband loved that. It is a very nice unit.
