TERRIBLE garbage smell in hallway. Very long hallway and the smell was constant even there is now garbage room. We were using second Exit stairs to go downstairs, walk and then use main exit to go in and out. It was shame because the building is new and clean. Second problem was climate control AC. Too noisy even on 74-75 F. On Fan mode is not possible to sleep it was noisy too and hermetic closed windows have their plus and minuses. But overall clean and nice

a convenient way to have a get-away.. the large food market is next door and you have all pots, pans and dishes you need to cook. There’s a lovely park and port 15 minutes away.
