The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

This single-level condo is designed for up to 2 guests, offering one bedroom with a bed and provided linens. The room includes hangers and an iron to help you settle in, whether you are staying for a short visit or an extended trip.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides space for simple, self-sufficient meal preparation. You can cook at your own pace using the available kitchen, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dining table, with the option to enjoy meals indoors whenever you prefer a quiet evening.



Outdoor living & shared amenities

A private patio or balcony offers a place to sit outside and take in the surrounding garden views. Outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area allow you to spend time in the open air, shaped by the steady warmth of this coastal region. Guests also have access to the shared outdoor pool and shared beach access, making it easy to move between the water and the condo throughout the day. The home includes a private entrance, and elevator access supports its single-level layout.



Comfort & convenience

Central air conditioning helps maintain a comfortable temperature year-round, while a TV and Wifi support relaxed downtime indoors. The in-unit free washer and free dryer provide convenience for longer stays, and self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth arrival. A carbon monoxide alarm is provided for added peace of mind.



Important notes

Electricity use is monitored by meter, with a set kilowatt allowance shared after booking and an additional charge of $5 pesos per excess kilowatt. Fumigation is completed before and after each reservation, with additional service available if needed due to the tropical environment. The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning only.



Neighborhood

Nuevo Vallarta is known for its long beaches, warm climate, and ongoing development. You may encounter daytime construction noise nearby, and light beach insects can appear due to the coastal setting. The location remains well-suited for guests seeking a calm, waterfront stay with straightforward comforts and easy access to the natural surroundings.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._7_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 2 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 10 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __2__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
