Well property was being worked on quite a bit around the lobby, around the restaurants, and quite a few places other than that all was good. Just super loud. We also where sappose to get a gift from expedia but dodnt receive anything. This is 2nd location that jas happened to us at. Food was great and so was room service

I love how friendly the staff at el patron restaurant and our housekeeper were to us. Big excellent rating given to Sra. de la mora (housekeeper) she was super good in cleaning our two bedroom suite. The waiters Ernesto, Eduardo and Martin at el patron restaurant should receive high performance evaluations for their supreme service to our family. They always were so attentive and made sure we were well taken care of at the restaurant. My son needed a special smoothie made with my supplied protein and they made it very well. Areas of need: COMMUNICATION from the concierge staff. We were never informed of the special events like the Mexican fiesta nor such events Also the restaurants close down for dinner and you are never informed of the closures. We had to do room service twice for dinner. Facilities: the elevators broke down twice and we had no choice but to go up five flights of stairs to our fifth floor suite. No AC in the elevators. Food was decent but could be improved. Don’t take drinks from the swimming pool bar, they are very watered down
