Polite friendly staff Spotless room very comfortable Very good value especially booking at the last minute like I did Bar open 24/7 and food available 24/7 even though it is not a major hotel none of that self-check in nonsense they had a real human there to do it for you breakfast was available at the hotel but there are loads of places nearby in the town centre you can get food There is a Tesco Express right next door Maybe a bit dated but I like older places better in lots of ways because they do not have new fangled taps and all this rubbish there was a load of scaffolding outside the hotel and you cannot see what it is and I only found out because the cab driver knew it I did not like the fact that you had to use your room key card to operate the lift when you were inside it, it made me panic a bit in case it didn't work bathroom was in this kind of pod thing so there was a fairly large step down and this made me a bit anxious I was going to forget about it and fall down it you could probably get a room without one of these if you asked for an accessible room

Good location but poor quality overall.

Good location, with parking close by. However, check in was not good as they tried to say breakfast was not included despite me paying for it. Key card didn’t work. Noisy from rooms upstairs. Breakfast was terrible.

Check in very swift, friendly and professional. Hotel location excellent to Motorpoint venue, city centre and bars/restaurants. Clean, bright room. Excellent! Value for money. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugar.

Great location andview of roofscape from 4th floor

Very handy for the tram stop and near some nice shops. Clean with an excellent ensuite. The fourth floor room was comfortable, clean, a good temperature and quiet with great views over the roof tops of Nottingham. Staff all very welcoming. I would have liked a more springy mattress myself though.

Very convenient for shops and concert venue. Breakfast on the second day was very busy, with many people waiting for things. The member of staff was working her socks off to try and keep up with demand. Needed another member of staff.
