It offers complete relaxation with an infinity pool on the olive and carob trees with a wonderful view of the Ionian Sea and the Mediterranean sea. It offers an apartment with 2 double bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and a sofa with the possibility of hosting a child, 2 verandas overlooking the pool, 1 bathroom with shower. It offers the use of the pool and the space attached to the ground about 4000 meters with centuries-old olive trees and carob trees. 5 km from the center of Marzamemi which can also be reached by bicycle, 6 km from the Vendicari reserve, 18 km from Noto.
