Tired and no attention to detail.

Kitchen was spare, and there was no glassware and the pots and pans were very tired. No soap or shampoo in the shower dispensers. In general, the property was showing wear and tear and the service staff missed some important items. They were responsive when we asked for glasses to be delivered.

Great stay at Hotel Jay, but lacking room service. We left our room each day at 9:30am and not once was it cleaned. We had to ask for towels just to have cleaned ones and they weren’t even going to pick up the dirty ones until I asked them to remove them. 5th time staying here and will be back but they need to housekeeping staff.

Jay Peak is awesome. The staff everywhere was terrific. The cottage where we stayed (on the golf course) was a little underwhelming for the price tag. The location was great and the shuttle service to the mountain and lodge was reliable and quick. We will return next year, but we will try the hotel at the main lodge (Tram House), if the rooms have not been updated in the golf course cottages. The skiing at Jay Peak is fantastic. There are trails for all levels of skiers and the snow conditions were very good (March 6 2025 after it had rained all day the day before...they did an excellent job with the groomers to make the trails highly enjoyable everywhere).
