Ven a Kai-Aah. Un hermoso segundo piso, condominio frente al mar con una isla se siente justo en la playa de Kaibo. Tranquilo y aislado 1290 pies cuadrados de paraíso. El dormitorio principal de gran tamaño tiene una cama King size y un área de descanso donde puedes relajarte mientras contemplas las increíbles vistas a través de 2 grandes puertas de patio. El amplio baño tiene bañera de hidromasaje y ducha. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y baño adyacente.
(Una cama de matrimonio también está disponible en la sala de estar)
Cocina de concepto abierto y sala de estar, con otro conjunto de puertas de patio que se abren a un balcón con mosquitero y mesa de comedor y sillas para acurrucarse y leer un libro, o simplemente ver la puesta de sol.
A solo unos pasos de distancia se encuentra el bar y restaurante de la playa de Kaibo, la cafetería Kaibo y el restaurante Upstairs at Kaibo, que ofrece una opción gastronómica única.

Great quiet location

Went down with a group of long time friends and had a fabulous stay. The property was very clean and easy to access. We stopped at Kirk Market on the way to the property from the airport and picked up some groceries. The kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans, etc. we needed. It is located right next to Kaibo Restaurant (great food) and the pier with Cayman Ferries to take you over to Georgetown. The bed was very comfortable and the view is perfect. It is located on the sound so there are no waves like on the ocean-facing parts of the island. We did walk down to starfish point but there we some starfish right in front of the property as well. Georgetown is a bit more hussle and bussle but we enjoyed being in a quieter part of the island and were able to explore a lot of the island with our rental car. Everyone was very nice. Recommend doing the Cayman Cultural and Food Tour (booked thru Viator) as it was fantastic.

Short stay in Kaibo

Spent 2 nights at Kai-Aah. Condo was beautiful. Very clean and modern. Large screened in porch. Nice pool area. Very quiet area. Enjoyed our stay. We had to cut our stay short due to an incoming storm. Owner was great to deal with and credited us for the night we missed. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for peace and quiet.

Great Kaibo retreat!

We had an absolute blast at Kai-aah. Jean provided great communication leading up to our stay we the hurricane was threatening, but fortunately no problems arose! The beach was very pleasant, and we enjoyed watching the activity throughout the day at the pier. Great snorkeling right off the beach, and White Sands Watersports right by the property was a great option for Stingray City. The condo itself is in top shape, and the views are incredible.

Awesome Condo

Great condo with a beautiful view of the bay from the huge screened in back deck. There is a restaurant, bar and coffee shop within walking distance and it’s only five minutes from Rum Point. Owner is great. Would definitely recommend!

Best trip to Cayman!

Where to start!! Jean is truly a super host. The location is amazing. All the people around us were super. Loved that it was laid back, but also a nice little community. We made friends! Love this place and cannot wait to go back

Beautiful Condo in a Beautiful Area

The condo was beautiful, very well stocked and very tastefully decorated. The owner thought of everything a guest might want (folding beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, BBQ grill set-up, etc.). The location was fantastic, in a wonderful neighborhood, on the beach next door to the Kaibo restaurants and right between Rum Point and Starfish Point. This was the perfect location for our family, and we loved living a tranquil island life for a week.

Lovely, Clean, Updated Kaibo Condo!

Pristinely clean, updated condo at a wonderful location in Kaibo! Highly recommend this place. We had a little issue when we arrived with doorknobs very loose on the two bedrooms. The manager immediately responded to my message. Turned out to be an easy fix. The master bed was very comfortable! And of course, had a great view of the water! Many thanks to our host! We will be back!

Beautifully Renovated condo in great location

Loved our week in Cayman. The condo was beautifully renovated and clean, with a gorgeous view of the water and Kaibo pier from the balcony. Jeanne was responsive if we had any questions, although the condo was fully stocked so didn’t need much. It’s a quiet area, but having the Kaibo restaurant nextdoor is a huge bonus. We enjoyed many meals, cocktails and coffee there. Being next to the pier was great for excursions as well. Definitely book your visit to snorkel and visit stingray city through white sand water sports, they’re the best and pick up at the pier. We also took the ferry to camana bay for shopping, restaurants and 7-mile beach. But don’t go on Sundays, all shops are closed. Had an amazing week and will visit again!

AMAZING!!

My husband, 12 y.o. daughter and I just came back from one of the best Spring Break trips we've had as a family, and much of that was due to staying here. It was as stunning if not moreso than what you see in the photos!! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed and much more. I admit to being a very picky traveler. Kai Aah checked every single box on my list of things that need to be top-notch in a VRBO rental: cleanliness, beds/bedding, linens, appliances, decor, safety, accessibility, overall aesthetic/design quality, property overall. The screened-in patio stretches the entire width of the condo. We used this space almost more than we were indoors. The multiple seating options - and grill! - were all put to use. We LOVED the amount of light that came in from all of that exposure. As an added bonus, there were beach chairs, toys, coolers and an umbrella in the unit which we made great use of! The property itself was adorable. Having the beach right outside the door was incredible, as were the starfish that hung out in the warm, shallow water every day. Parking was never an issue, and having Kaibo and Rum Point as (very) nearby restaurant options was very much appreciated. Last but certainly not least, Jeanne was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely responsive, helpful, informative and was without question part of why this trip was as memorable as it was. We cannot wait to go back :)

Quiet & beautiful Condo

The unit is exactly as described. It is very clean and very roomy. The furniture is all new and comfortable. Kaibo area is extremely quiet - so a car is a must. Star point beach is literally a 5 min walk down the street. Beach outside unit is lovely, but water has lots of sea grass, so not great for swimming.

Amazing beach stay!

Condo is perfect for a calm, relaxing vacation. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and well decorated. Plenty of space for family of 4. Great view from the porch or hanging on the beach in front of property. 5 minutes to Rum point which now has bar and food service. Was able to snorkel at Starfish point but many starfish visible at the shore line. So convenient to Kaibo restaurant next door. Area is quiet and while there were other people around, it did not feel crowded at all. Jeanne (owner) provides great communication and advice. My only complaint is that I did not stay here longer!

Beautiful Condo and Location with starfish everywhere

A beautiful and modern condo that was perfect size for our family (kids are young adults 18+). Well maintained with plenty of beach supplies making our days hanging by the beach awesome.
