The location of this unit is great. Great views and access to the beach. The communication with the rental agent was very good. That’s where the good with this unit stopped. Cleaning and maintenance on this unit are in dire need. The unit is on the third floor and was not clear when you rented it. The base boards and doors were dirty. Above the microwave the cabinet was sticky from the exhaust. The first king bedroom had a sheet with a giant bleach stain. The dishwasher was pulled out from the cabinet and had to be repaired on day one. A sink was stopped up, again fixed on day one. Back deck was missing pickets with more about to come off. The lattice work on the bottom was broken and boards stacked on the side of the unit had exploded rusted nails waiting for a child or adult to get hurt on. There deck had multiple screws up high that you could catch your foot on. Damaged siding at the parking area as well as the windows on the third floor. The windows are to be replaced we understand from the maintenance worker but they are held shut so no way to escape if a fire starts. Trash in a large can at the side of the unit that looks to have not been emptied as well as the larger green trash can for the street. There is obvious water damage across multiple places in the ceiling with the popcorn pealing at ceiling vents. Although rented at the end of the season this is wear from longer time frame. Picture don’t do it justice

Great house! The balcony was perfect for watching the waves. Our dog loved watching all the action on the beach and in the air. We had a beeping smoke detector, and they fixed it in a timely manner. Parking was tight when all spots were full. Our parking was at the end of the lot, so we could park a little over the lines towards the road to give us a little space. The living room blinds were broken, which was a little frustrating, but the bedroom views were awesome. Air conditioning worked great. There was a musty smell that was above normal smell for a coastal home but it did not aggravate my allergies.

Wonderful vacation home

We stayed during a tropical storm and still had an amazing time. I can't imagine having that experience anywhere else. The home is beautiful and the location is amazing. Close to ask kinds of fun shopping and dining. Oh and it's right on the ocean!!! Plenty of parking and great communication with owner. I only wish I booked a longer stay lol

Trip great! House not so great 😕

We rented the 3rd floor so we could see the ocean from the balcony and had nice view over the dunes. We had a wonderful time seeing family we hadn’t seen in a while. But… there were multiple reasons we won’t stay here again. First of all we didn’t even go outside the first day we were there and the bottoms of our feet were BLACK from the floors. Crumbs under the sofa cushions and dog hair. The main tv remote would only turn the tv off/on and nothing else. Sent multiple text/calls and finally sent a guy who changed out the remote and then it wouldn’t even turn the tv on/off. Sent more texts but no one ever came or called. Only way we could watch tv was to cast from our iPhone. The tv in one of the front bedrooms wouldn’t work with the remote for that tv either. One shower curtain liner had black mold on it and the bathroom sinks or tubs didn’t drain well and the floor of one tub rocked up and down. The handle was loose on one of the toilets. The dishwasher wasn’t bolted down and almost fell out every time it was opened. None of the lids fit the pots in the kitchen. Multiple screws on the deck that were not screwed in and a danger for bare feet. Lampshade broken in 1 bedroom and one in another room didn’t work at all. There was a deck table - but no chairs??? Also, the FEES are enormous and don’t show up until the end of booking and many, many rules.A $150 “linen fee” for sheets and towels. There were not dish towels at all. Had to use paper towels. We won’t be back.

They made the whole process super easy. Answered every question we had before the trip. The house was beautiful and just what we needed. It was very quiet. We all enjoyed being able to walk right on to the beach

Keep Looking- You can do better

Air conditioning was not working upon arrival- it was attended to by the end of the evening but did not keep a constant cool. HVAK man informed us the owners had previously been informed that parts needed replacement. The refrigerator was lukewarm at best- items in the freezer never froze. Whomever they use for cleaning are subpar— the floors and baseboards were filthy and there were ants throughout the house. The internet didn’t function until the next day when the company came down to bring it up. Great location and beach access.

Nice Getaway

My family & I wanted a few days to relax comfortably at the beach. This place was perfect, it had everything we needed. Everyone had their own bathroom & bedroom so we were never in each other’s way. We were literally a short walk from the beach & we had an ocean view from the balcony that was truly scenic.

Go look before you re t anything !!!!!

It stats its a house but doesn't tell you its a house with 3 different rental floors. 3rd floor isn't ideal for older people having to climb 6 flights of stairs with luggage. Overall it was a nice place. Go look at before you rent anything because i think it was deceiving the way it was described.

Great oceanfront property

Nice big rooms. Water pressure for showers were amazing. We had the top floor and the view was perfect. However first floor would have been nice to walk out and access to the hot tub!
