Underwelmed
The room I booked was changed due to repairs, the communication with the host was as expected. The room I ended up with was not as updated as I had hoped. The amenities were less than I expected which caused me to waste food I couldn't make with what was in the "full" kitchen. We found bugs in the drawers of the kitchen, both dead and alive. I ended up getting breathing/chest issues from what I believe to be mold in the room. When I would speak with the front desk they said since I did not book with them they could not do anything. I was only in for a couple days and when I did reach out to the host nothing could be done for reimbursement because I didnt speak with them earlier while I had 100 responsibilities being here for a wedding. The elevator was down on multiple occurrences and common areas where less than clean and left you feeling dirty. The view was great, wish the rest of the stay was as well.
