Will not rent through Elliot reality again
If the owner of this home reads this review, I would highly recommend using a different company to manage your rental. Check in was from 3-5:30. We checked in at 3:15 and received a text saying the house was ready. We went over to the house to find it hadn’t been cleaned yet. When we called the company they said it wouldn’t be long so we waited outside. We had 4 small children with us and every time we called they said it wouldn’t be much longer. We also had a Walmart pick up order to get but couldn’t bc we had no where to put the frozen items. We didn’t get into our home until nearly 8:00pm. Our children normally go to bed at 7:30 and we still had to unpack. The home is also advertised with a dishwasher and does not have one. The pool was not cleaned before we arrived or during the week of our stay. Now for the positive: once the house was cleaned they did a wonderful job! The location of the house is wonderful. We really enjoyed fishing off the back dock and it’s only a short golf cart ride to the beach. The house is very dated but clean for its age.
