Come enjoy our comfortable and beautifully appointed oceanfront beach condo in North Myrtle Beach. We are the owner-operators, so you can be sure that you will always deal directly with us, giving you peace of mind during the rental and payment process.

This is a spacious three bedroom, three full bath condo with a panoramic 10th floor ocean view. The bright and open floor plan is ideal for a group of 8-10 people. Windy Hill Dunes is well maintained and is in a great location.

Our condo features 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The master suite has a comfortable king bed and a sliding door that opens onto the oceanfront balcony. Go to bed and wake up to the tranquil sounds of the ocean. The master bathroom has a garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds and a separate full bathroom. A portable pack 'n play crib and high chair is also available for the little ones.

The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with Corian countertops, ceramic tile, complete with almost everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. It has many amenities including a Keurig, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, toaster, many pots and pans, casserole dishes, silverware, utensils, etc.

The oceanfront balcony has an amazing, unobstructed full panoramic view of the ocean and a table with chairs to relax and enjoy the views. The balcony has access from both the living room and the master bedroom.

The condo is spacious throughout and has ceramic tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, and bathrooms, with new luxury vinyl flooring in all the bedrooms and the living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa, love seat, chair and recliner. The sofa folds out into a full size bed if needed.

The condo has high speed Wi-Fi internet access available free of charge and has 4 flat screen TV's, and 1 Blu-ray/DVD player. The TV's feature built-in, easy to use Roku interface with active subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video and more.

We have also included many board games, DVD movies, and books for your enjoyment. We have an outdoor storage closet that usually has beach chairs, 'boogie boards', and some beach toys (to be enjoyed by our guests, but not guaranteed).

There is plenty of closet space throughout the unit to easily store all you need to bring. The condo has a full sized washer and dryer and a pantry for more storage.

Windy Hill Dunes has plenty of area on the beach and pool area for everyone to enjoy. Enjoy the pool, lazy river, hot tub and grilling area (featuring Green Eggs). The grounds of Windy Hill Dunes are kept very clean and are well maintained. The dunes have two glass elevators for your ride to the 10th floor and plenty of convenient COVERED parking spaces available right next to the condo units.

Windy Hill Dunes is close to Barefoot Landing and Restaurant Row with all their shopping, dining, and attractions, plus large numbers of restaurants and attractions (numerous golf courses, miniature golf, nearby casino, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Dixie Stampede, Pirates Voyage, Tanger Outlet Mall, Restaurant Row, Colonial Mall, etc.) just down the road.

We have easy access to the main highway bypass (known as Hwy 31 OR Carolina Bays Parkway). From here quick and convenient access to our property on your way in and quick access to areas to the north and south. Take a 20 minute drive south and spend time at Broadway at the Beach. There are hundreds of unique shops, rides for the kids, and restaurants of every kind. The kids will love Ripley's Aquarium and Magic Quest Adventures. Don't forget about the new boardwalk in Myrtle Beach and the OD Pavilion right on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach!
