A 4-bedroom house that sleeps 14, with a full bathroom attached to every bedroom, on Riverbend Ranch, a 180-acre working cattle ranch wrapped on three sides by the Duck River in Normandy, Tennessee. Built for groups: family reunions, wedding parties, teams and retreats.
Inside, an open living room with a big sectional and streaming TV runs into the dining table and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The back patio faces the sunset over the lake.
Bedrooms: on the main floor, a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, each with its own bathroom. Upstairs, two bunk rooms, each with its own bathroom: one has a Twin XL over queen bunk plus a Twin XL bunk, the other a Twin XL over queen bunk plus two Twin XL bunks. 12 beds in all, 4.5 bathrooms, walk-in closets, and a laundry room with washer, dryer and sink.
Your stay includes use of the ranch, shared with other guests staying on the property: over a mile of Duck River frontage for fishing, fly fishing, kayaking and floating, a stocked lake and ponds (bass, bluegill and catfish, catch and release, no license needed; the river requires a Tennessee license), a basketball court, BB gun range and fitness center. Meet the horses and cattle over the fence. A riverside bonfire pit is available on request.
Streaming TV over WiFi, no cable. Paved road to the ranch, gravel roads on the property.
Just over an hour from Nashville and BNA. About 30 minutes to Jack Daniel`s in Lynchburg and Nearest Green in Shelbyville. Groceries are about 15 minutes away.
Riverbend Ranch & Retreat is a nonprofit, and every booking funds no-cost retreats for pastors and ministry leaders. We live on the property and are easy to reach.
Parking for several vehicles at the house. Trailer or camper parking is available on request. This is a working ranch, so expect the occasional tractor or mower, and a train runs about half a mile away.
