I stayed here with my daughter, a teammate, and her mom for a soccer tournament. We were initially told one price and when asking for the final payment, extra money was added without an explanation. There is 1 parking spot for each unit and only 2 guest spots total. So, if you’re not in a guest spot, you have to find parking on the street. We had a fruit fly/gnat problem the whole time we were there. We bought spray, poured boiling water in all the drains, and asked for a trap for 2 days before one was delivered. We were told one was delivered and then that the order was cancelled. We didn’t stay in the unit long because of the fly situation and actually left a day early. Our teammate and her mom were locked out on their last night until 10:00 because the keypad died to get into the unit. I had to buy new towels and washcloths because the ones in the room had stains on them. The “laundry” is NOT located inside the unit, but in a whole different building across the street. The building and unit smelled musty. Definitely NOT a great experience.
