Great place for a family or friends’trip it was 7 in our group. Beautiful development that sits on golf course with lots of amenities and restaurants onsite. Janice, met us at the home and made sure we were acclimated. The house was fully stocked with dishes, towels, beach chairs. Pool and outdoor shower with a grill and pizza oven. A couple of minor issues but with tv remote and laundry room sink. We were less than 7 mins from restaurants and beach located Northside.

Home was fantastic for our needs. 4 spacious bedrooms just like the photos in the listing. Property is in a gated community in the more affluent part of the island. Easy driving to all of the attractions. We did have an issue with the plumbing on the 2nd day of our stay but the property managers were right on it and worked around our schedule AND they left us a 200 gift card to the major grocery/multi store complex that was very generous. I would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely Place

We have had many nice stays in Tierra del Sol and this was no exception. It is a little thing, but finally we stayed somewhere with enough hooks and places to hang damp beach items to dry. Everything operated well and was clean and functional. Despite many other houses around, the outdoor space was private and quiet. There was good food storage containers (also rare) but it could use some additional baking dishes. There were plenty of beach towels and the pool was clean and lovely. It was another wonderful stay in Aruba with all our needs met, friendly people that communicated perfectly regarding our stay and check in/check out.

Home away from home

House was amazing actually better than the pictures! Five minutes to the high rise hotels or Arashi Beach. Super convenient this is my sixth time in Aruba staying in rental‘s. I really liked this property and its location. Management team was super on point and was there to answer any questions we had. The clubhouse restaurant was beautiful and had a great overlook, even though you don’t need gated security in Aruba it was a nice perk.! Will definitely go again

Fantastic Property for Family Vacations

"We couldn’t have chosen a better place to rent. The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable family stay and entertaining. The view from the pool and outdoor areas was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking sights from sunrise to sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the outdoor grill was exceptional. The location was ideal, just a five-minute drive from the beach and North Lighthouse. We were thoroughly impressed and look forward to returning soon!"

Family Vacation 2024

Beautiful home and had everything we could have asked for. Plenty of room for our family. the pool, patio and grill was excellent. We were able to bbq and enjoy our time together. The home itself was beautiful and even had chairs and plenty of towels for going to the beach. Excellent location. The mgt company was fantastic and accessible when and if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect from start to finish

My family of 3 adult children and their significant others (total of 7 adults) stayed at this property. From the start, the property managers/owners are very responsive and kind. I needed some suggestions for a car rental and they were very helpful. I always appreciate when you are asked for your itinerary because you know that after a long day of travel, you will be able to enter your rental. We rent all over the country and you would be surprised how often this is overlooked. The property managers were reachable 24/7 and kind and responsive. They arrived just as we were pulling up, but had a lock box option as well. Perfect and smooth. The house was wonderful. The location allowed early tee-time for my oldest son, the gym was accessible and all-stocked enough for 3 collegiate athletes, and we felt very safe and comfortable. The location for us is perfect. We return to Aruba often and love to be near the light house and Malmok and Arashi beaches. We rented E-bikes and could reach the beach in 5 minutes. The views from the pool house and gym are gorgeous. The restaurant is a walk around the corner within the resort. My sons enjoyed golf and a lunch. The house and layout are perfect with everyone having their own large room and full bath. The home is immaculate, the linens were lovely, beds comfortable...we wanted for nothing. The management staff were also very kind and welcoming. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The kitchen could have been a little more well stocked and we thought we had two king sized beds but overall it’s a great property and a very nice safe neighborhood near the beaches on the north end of the island.

Very Nice Villa

The villa proved to be one of the best properties we have leased over many years in Tierra del Sol. The Villa was in a great location, very clean and well managed. It will certainly be considered the next time we travel to Aruba.

Great Vacation

We arrived excited to be in a new place and drove to the property not expecting to be able to check but to know where we were and get our bearings, surprisingly the property manager arrived just as we did and allowed us to check in early. The home was just as advertised. It is spacious, clean and very well furnished. We booked 9 nights and each night was better than the previous: My family loves Aruba and we may very well be back one day! Thank you to all that made our stay a joyful experience. You are appreciated. Special thank you to the property management for always being responsive.

Family Vacation.

This was my 5th trip to Aruba. And first time staying at a villa. Love the accommodations. Enjoyed access to the Tierra del sol spa and restaurant. Appreciated the amenities of the villa, full kitchen, pool and plenty of space for my family.

Perfect Aruba Vacation

Been going to Aruba for 30 years plus bought time share in 1989 and have spent over 2 years on my life there since. Have stayed in hotels and my time share but never a home. Have olayed the golf course 5 times a vacation yearly since it was put in. To say i know Aruba would be an underatatement. This Vacation based on room and board alone was my favorite in 30 years. The couple who manage the place stocked .y house for me before we landed (emailed shopping list and paid them when landed) soda milk eggs etc. My return flight was late afternoon and i emailed them to ask for extra 2 hours past check out . No problem!!. 100% will do this again. And the house and pool for my kids were perfect.

Everything you could want and MORE! Felt like HOME

Besides being a beautiful house in a secured neighborhood, this house is a HOME! Very comfortable. So much space for our family with a room and bathroom we didn't even use. Everything we could have needed was available. Rosie and Alex was extremely responsive with any questions we had and was just the nicest people! This has now spoiled my teenage kids to never return to hotels/resorts again. Nice quiet neighborhood, friendly gate security, and saved tons of money cooking meals when we wanted. We could even see a small view of the ocean from the living room. We drove to the beach daily which was only less than 2 minute drive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this house or any homes from Alex and Rosie, you will enjoy the home!

Noord Gem!

This home is amazing! From check-in to check-out, the property manager kept in great communication. The home was clean, well stocked with chairs, towels and and a few welcome amenities to start off the trip. The pool was clean and well maintained (two cleanings a week!). All the outdoor furniture was clean and new. We would have liked a gas grill but the charcoal suited well on non-windy days. All our guests were impressed and we can't wait to go back.
