Just minutes from Nokomis Beach, Calusa Lakes Golf Club and the shopping/dining scene of downtown Venice.

This property was renovated in 2023 with an enclosed lanai and luxury plank flooring. New kitchen cabinets, bath vanity and walk-in shower installed 2022.
