My partner and I stayed for 1 night, the apartment is biking distance to the Tam Coc town centre (15-20 minutes walk but difficult with suitcases). Our room was on he 3rd floor with no elevator but stairs are wide and accessible. The owner was very kind and helpful, answered all our questions even at 11PM. The room did have some sticky spots on the floor but otherwise was very clean. The housekeeper was friendly and very polite. We checked out at about 1pm and were able to leave our bags in the reception for the next few hours to continue sightseeing. Lovely place

Lily was amazing and very accommodating! The space was big, close to the city center, and she helped arrange transfers to and from Hanoi. Also her property came with free bikes for people to rent out and explore Ninh Binh. Her dog Kendi was also very cute!

Staying at Lily’s was amazing! She is so friendly, always going above and beyond to meet your needs - she even woke up at 3AM to let us in for an early check in! The rooms were great and clean, breakfast was good, the housekeeper was so kind, and the free bikes were such a plus. Also, Candy (the dog) was the cutest little surprise when we walked in!

Away from the noisy center of Tam Coc, but very close, we stayed at Lily's for 4 days. Lily is the most vibrant and kind host. Her dog Candy, made the stay even more pleasant. Lily was so helpful when my brother had a flat tyre. She didn't wat anything for it, so we gave her a gift as thank you. 100% recommend!

The room was clean. It’s on the main highway. So it’s easy to commute in and out of. We didn’t get to try the breakfast as we were leaving super early the next day. But the staff was really welcoming and friendly. To get to the main downtown area it’s about a four minute drive or a 25 minute walk. Everything was good. We just didn’t look at the location before booking it. We maybe would’ve stayed in the center of town next time. The air conditioner worked and everything was really.

The room we stayed in was very clean, spacious, and bright. There were many options for breakfast, and was delicious and on time. Lily (owner) took the stress out of activity planning because she organized a local driver for us very quickly upon our arrival. We paid for laundry service which was extremely convenient, affordable, and timely. And most of all, she was super knowledgeable and made excellent activity recommendations considering our interests and the time we had. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Lily.

This is the kind of hotel that all travellers expect but seldom find. Here it ticks all the boxes , I could not find a single fault. It was perfect. Spotlessly clean ,immaculate bedrooms and top notch facilities. Adding to all of that the owner and staff were utterly fantastic. They were super friendly and so helpful. So much so I actually returned a few days after leaving because the hotel in Hanoi could nowhere near match the quality and service I received here. I certainly give this hotel a big 5star rating and would recommend to anyone staying in the Tam Coc area of Ninh Binh.

Lily is an amazing host who runs her homestay seemlessly. She is also very knowledgeable and was helpful with providing us great suggestions in how to explore Ninh Binh. Highly recommend!!

Our stay was incredible. The owner was so lovely and accommodating, making us homemade breakfasts in the morning (the crepes are 10/10!) She went above and beyond. The rooms were very clean and modern, and there were free bikes to use which made exploring Tam Coc easy. The dog was also super cute!!

We are a Vietnamese couple living in the US and visiting Vietnam. During our stay at this homestay, we had a wonderful experience. Lily, the owner, is very thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and felt like home. The breakfast was delicious and customized to our preferences. She helped us book tours, train tickets, and transportation. She even packed some snacks and fruits for us when we were leaving.
