Very good locations and nice apartment. One thing, it could do with more soft furnishings as it was very echoing. The tv is a little slow if your kids watch Netflix etc and more bedding could be a bonus. Overall a nice big apartment in a great spot

Really nice

A beautiful french style apartment, recently refurbished and situated in the heart on the city center. It has all the equipements in the kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, we would like to book it again next time we come in Nice.

Beautiful Apartment in the Heart of Nice

We had a great stay - location cannot be beat. The apartment was beautiful with high end finishes. The building is safe and very centrally located. It had most of the things we needed and Nestor & Jeeves was highly responsive. Extra pillows (each bed only had 2), and comforter with duvet would help. The apartment was full of light with an absolutely stunning view of the park and church across the street!

Palais Marie

Lovely apartment and close to all amenities. We would recommend. Some small things - No Bin bags. No Surface wiping cloths- we had to buy these ourselves, which we left. More than one dish cloth. The rug under the table - corner needs sorting Better privacy curtains in bedrooms & bathroom. Better pillows.

Lots of space, great location

Hard to miss with this property. Key pick up is a few blocks away, apartment is on 2nd floor (elevator if you need it), very secure, one bedroom has a small balcony, the kitchen/living area is very spacious as are the bedrooms. Location is a short 5 min walk to the Prom, restaurants, access to sights and museums, train station is about 12 min walk. And there's a great carry out pizza joint directly below.I would note that you'll want to bring or be prepared to purchase things like laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, salt, pepper - they give you a few starters but not enough for a week. Wish I'd understood that prior to check in but there are several grocery stores within 3 blocks.

March in Nice

The apartment was very comfortable for the 3 of us. The Juliet balcony in the living room opened up to glorious sun and the Magnolia trees blooming along the street.The dishwasher and washing machine were a great help.The kitchen was nicely equipped-but we needed to purchase a corkscrew for the lovely French wines!The location was perfect for us. It was just a short walk to a good grocery store, wine shop and cheese shop. Also close by was a walking street with so many different restaurants and other shops. We walked 2 blocks to sit by the sea which was fun. It was also a short walk to the Old Town and the main shopping street. We will certainly plan to return and stay in the same place.

Fabulous location in a beautiful apartment in Nice

Our family of 5 stayed in this apartment for 9 nights. It is fantastic. it is well located and we walked everywhere. We could walk to the train station, the tram stations and the bus stops to take trips that were too far to walk. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. There were dishwasher pods and dish soap provided. The three bedrooms are well furnished and the beds are comfortable. There is a full bathroom which includes a shower, a tub, two sinks and a washing machine. Additional baths include one with just a toilet and sink and one with a shower and a sink. We were provided with toilet paper to get started, small shampoos and conditioners and soap for each bathroom. The windows open to a lovely view of a city park. The pictures are accurate. The management office is easy to communicate with and they are very responsive both in English and in French, We used their car service to pick us up at the airport as we had been traveling for a long time upon arrival. The driver drove us to the office to get the keys and then drove us to the apartment. I highly recommend their car service. We would stay here again when we visit beautiful Nice and the Cote D'Azur.

Perfect location to walk to most areas. Very well updated apartment, light and airy. My friends and I greatly enjoyed our stay and the fact that the rental folk left complimentary slippers with each towel set. However, as women around 70 years of age, there were a few concerns.The main issue was that I had booked this specific apartment because there was an elevator and with one of us with recent hip surgery that was important. However, when we arrived there was a notice on the elevator door informing that it would be out of commission for the major part of our vacation. Thus, we were climbing four flights of stairs each day and relaying our suitcases downstairs when leaving.For such a luxurious place, we were disappointed in the flat and few bed pillows provided and the missing folder usually found at VRBO places giving instructions on usage of the equipment…..we never did figure out how the microwave worked (very different to those in the USA). However the lovely rain showers went a long way to make up for this.So, advice to travelers to Europe from the USA, there is generally less accommodation made for older folk and elevators are routinely out of order everywhere and, of course, with so many historical sites, every tour includes multiple staircases, sometimes without handrails. So train before you visit and enjoy the benefits of a more robust constitution if you survive the experience.

Enjoyable stay but room for improvement in some areas

Very good location, fast broadband, nice touches such as slippers and miniature toiletries. Apartment was spacious, modern and clean. Great TV with apps. Beds were comfy. Lots of towels. Building felt very secure. Poorly equpped kitchen: no corkscrew, pizza cutter, baking trays or chopping boards, No oven gloves - had to use the tea towel! I would consider these basic kitchen items. The selection of sharp knives was also very poor. Also there was only one bin bag to last a family of five for a week. No cloths to clean up. No dustpan & brush (all hard floors). I fell the standard of the kitchen fell far below that of an 'exception' property. The property is accessed via a key fob. One night we came back to find there had been a power cut to the front of the apartment block. This had knocked out the power to the access panel so we couldn't enter the building. We were locked out at 9.30pm with no way of accessing the building. Luckily by shouting we managed to get the attention of someone in a ground floor apartment who let us in. It would appear the door can be opened by a physical key but none of our key sets had the key to the front door. This should be looked at as a matter of priority to prevent guests being locked out should the power to the access panel fail.

Великолепные апартаменты со свежим и современным ремонтом, всё новое и в хорошем состоянии, техника отлично работает. Приятный вид из окна гостиной. Спальни выходят во внутренний двор, что даже лучше, так как не слышен шум машин, который неизбежен в центре города, и можно спокойно распахнуть окна. Квартира расположена в 1 минуте пешком от пешеходной зоны, где множество магазинчиков и ресторанчиков. Море также находится в пешей доступности. Идеальное расположение для отдыха на берегу моря. Мы остались очень довольны.

Un appartement parfait...!

Le séjour/salle à manger est lumineux et accueillant. Les trois chambres sont grandes et bien éclairées. La vue sur la rue Maréchal Joffre et sur l’église protestante sont absolument magnifique tant de jour que de nuit à cause de l’éclairage. Endroit calme à proximité de tous les commerces et transports en commun.

Toujours l’endroit idéal…

Nous avons déjà loué cet appartement avant la Covid et nous revenons enfin à Nice après une parenthèse de deux années. Tout est toujours parfait: appartement impeccable à portée de tout à pied. Encore une fois, l’équipe de Nestor & Jeeves est à la hauteur de sa réputation. Gentillesse et compétence du personnel. Température idéale en mars… André Denis Montréal

Very classy apartment, nicer than photos, beautiful windows, vintage with marble fireplaces beautiful bathrooms, we loved where it was. Beds could be more comfortable would be my only wish. Thank you

Terrible WiFi and no action

Nice apartment and great area. Place has 3 good rooms. There is no sounds proofing and the walls are paper thin. The WiFi is absolutely terrible. Couldn’t make a Skype, WhatsApp or video call. It works does r work etc. management didn’t take the complaint seriously and that’s very disappointing when you pay the price you pay.

L’appartement est situé en plein centre de Nice. Il bénéficie de toutes les commodités avec une vue dégagée et un accès direct à tous les commerces. Notre concierge Alex, fort sympathique, est resté disponible durant tout notre séjour. Je recommande ce bien locatif.

Appartement grandiose

J'ai énormément apprécié mon séjour dans ce grand appartement complétement refait à neuf avec de belles prestations. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoins, et nous étions très à l'aise dans ces grands espaces. La vue depuis le séjour est très agréable, car il donne sur un parc arboré. Pour moi c'est un appartement luxueux ou tout a été fait pour qu'on se sente à l'aise.
