The gentleman that work here are friendly and helpful. Close walking distance to the falls and Clifton Hill. Nice pool. Free parking for guests. This was third time staying here and will stay again

Great staff

The staff was great, super friendly and accommodating. It’s nothing fancy but it was clean and comfortable which is all I needed - I’m in Niagara Falls to see the Falls, not the inside of a motel room. Recommend.

This hotel is very dated but inexpensive.. so you get what you pay for.. only 3 outlets in the room and the Keurig machine was placed by the bathroom sink which was the only free outlet unless we unplugged the TV or moved the bed out from the wall to access the 3rd outlet. I would not stay here again. The staff was very friendly but it was a disappointment.

Disgusting and could not stay.

I plan to dispute the charges on my card and with Expedia. We arrived and the air vent in the room was moldy, the carpet was disgusting and looked moldy, and the room smelled terrible. The sheets were stained. We could not stay there and had to book and pay for another hotel. When we turned the key in and explained we could not stay there due to the mold and the smell, the man at the desk said they had rooms with a linoleum floor if we wanted a room without the smell. Why would you knowingly put anyone in a room with mold that smells?
