まず、名前が違ってて迷った。大手グループのホテルのようだ。
幼児連れの5人で予約したのに、キングサイズベッド一個の部屋に案内された。これはマットレスを持ってきてもらって1時間後に解決。エレベーターが最悪。キーをかざすと部屋の階に行く仕組み。登ってるときに降りる階押されると下がるし、ドアの安全装置が無い。初めはもう二度と地上に降りられないかと思った。ただ部屋や設備は綺麗で便利。だから満室続きで、スタッフの数が全く足りて無い。
