Located right at Baby Beach (the largest Bay beach on the Newport/Balboa peninsula) and just a few steps away from Marina Park, you'll enjoy park and bay views from your balcony. Walk to surf lessons or enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking delivered in front of your vacation rental. Take advantage of your close proximity to famous Newport Beach attractions Lido Village, walk to bay and beach, farmers market, festivals, the Fun Zone, The Ferry to Balboa Island, or take the Bike Path to your favorite destination. The Pacific Ocean with great surfing and gorgeous beaches lies waiting just two short blocks away. There’s plenty of outdoor space in these two vacation rentals between the amazing views from the upper balcony overlooking Newport Bay, and the lower home featuring an amazing courtyard that allows you to enjoy dining alfresco under café lighting and enjoying time with family and friends. During the summer you can view fireworks from the courtyard and balcony or invite your family and friends on the bay to watch the Fourth of July Boat Parade. In December, the spectacular Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parade turns directly in front of this home. What an amazing spot!
The living areas in both homes have a spacious living room area and a comfortable seating cluster for you to enjoy. Sliders in the upper unit lead to the outside balcony allowing you to appreciate the inside/outside living. Here you can dine alfresco during your stay while you enjoy the lights as they sparkle from the bay. Or take some time away from everything while you and your family/friends dine under the café lighting in the private lower unit courtyard. The barbecue grill in each retreat makes meal-making easy when it needs to be. It is easy to satisfy your culinary desires in either unit with two kitchens and all the appliances and amenities you need to create meals for everyone.

This unit is a combo unit. The upstairs and downstairs are not connected inside; each floor has separate entrances outside.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
