Spring Break
Property was ok. The room with the twin bed has a trundle bed but when you pull it out it takes up the entire floor print of the room. The utensils in the kitchen were subpar. A small coffee pot that only brews 4 cups! But don't worry, I bought a full size pot and left it. I also had to buy a small nonstick frying pan as the ones in the unit were unusable. We needed more toilet paper and they did not provide so we had to buy our own. For the most part the unit was clean, but the floors were yucky. The garage is also unique in that you can only park a small car in it so if you have an SUV you have to pay for public parking which is hard to find and so you have to figure that into your budget. I "think" I would book this unit again but only because of the location! And I would bring extra toilet paper and Clorox wipes!

Friends catchup
The house is in a lovely place over looking the beach, with plenty to do and see!! Lovely bars & places to eat. Unfortunately we did find a few things that required attention- the windows that should have opened fully into the living room were broken, I understand the party before us took them out completely and damaged them, the door also didn’t lock… the fridge didn’t chill food / drinks, we ended up putting them in the freezer for a while & then back in the fridge… the cooker hobs were constantly clicking when you wanted to use them, only one at the front worked…a socket in the living room was damaged & couldn’t be used,,,the counter tops were cracked…the flooring was damaged in the living room in various places…the top room with the small pull out bed had dodgy wheels & one was missing!!,,,the roof top light didn't work & the canopy was damaged so couldn’t be used…a couple of cushions in the living area were dirty & torn. We did report them and were told we’d get a phone call. I gave my American friends number so they could make contact but we didn’t get a call back. These are only small things that require a little attention & it wouldn’t stop us visiting the area again. I would like to say that the cleaning company were very helpful when we first arrived.

Bad attitude of property manager
The reason we picked that house was the beautiful view and disssppearing style doors that were broken, the owner and property manager were there for hours Trying to fix them Never did Could never lock the property The one operable door would slam shut in wind and locked our 91 year old dad outside The other door handle comes off in your hand. The 3rd bedroom is outside and up a 3rd steep flight of stairs Not disclosed Very hard for babies or elderly but worse part was the crap attitude of the property manager who could fix a thing and had a horrible attitude

Good spot
If you want the beach, and night life this is the spot. Not ideal for young families but a good place. Some interesting pieces to it but we enjoyed the place for our week. It’s loud at night, you are at the end of a parking lot that supports all the local downtown spots. A lot going on. But if you want to walk on the sand and enjoy some close by food… you can’t go wrong.

Will stay in a hotel next time.
Parking was a joke. 5’-6” clearance. Only a small car would fit. Great location on the beach. Had Freinds over for dinner. 2 steak knives, coffee maker but no pot. Dishwasher leaked all over the floor. Roof leaked on last day because it rained. Housekeeping came in at 9:45 am and stood there until we left. Couldn’t take a shower. Charged me $147 for checking out 1//2 hour late at 10:30. Not my idea of a relaxing vacation.

Amazing views!
Best birthday celebration I could have asked for! Only 4 days but we were able to do so much and still feel relaxed because of the location of our place! From waking up hearing the ocean waves to watching the sunset before going out, we had a great time. The beds were all so comfortable, the common spaces were enjoyed by all and the view from the decks was incredible.

DON’T BOOK THIS PLACE
Completely and entirely misleading advertisement and photographs. The place needs a ton of work and honestly, VRBO should look into pulling the property until it’s done. The photos are not an accurate representation of what you get. The top patio was essentially unusable as there’s a rusted metal table and fold chairs up there. The second level had a visible hole in the ceiling and moisture actually dropped from it during a little bit of rain. The folding accordion doors on the second level were in operable and actually have stickers on them that say, “must remain in place”. The air/heat did not work. The walls are filthy with dirty hand marks, etc. The showers did not drain properly and you stood in ankle deep water while attempting to shower and get clean. We were extremely disappointed with this place and actually left the property 2 days early due to the issues and “dirty” feel. We actually spoke to someone that is familiar with the property while packing up to leave and apparently these issues have been communicated to the management group/owners over the last several weeks. When I contacted the property managers about the issues and complained about how dirty it was, etc, I was told that there wouldn’t be any form of compensation. I have stayed in vacation homes before while traveling for work, etc and have never had any issues, so please take note of this message. As I mentioned above….VRBO should re-consider listing this property on their site until the owners take this seriously.

Wouldn’t respond to inquiries to extend stay despite listing showing the night was available. Confirmed my extension via text message and then double booked the night. Out of town national mgmt company.
