No sleep both nights due to other guests screaming and fighting in the corridor outside our room . Went on for several hours . Also loud music from next door business into early hours of morning . No apology from staff when I explained and asked for a late check out .
All in all a good stay with a great breakfast. Only disappointment was we were allocated an accessible room. Great I’m sure for a wheelchair etc. but for able bodied people it’s not great everything is too low from the mirror in the bathroom to the hanging space. It was pointless hanging our coats as they trailed in the floor not to mention my dress. The lighting in the room is very dull too making applying makeup a bit of a hit and miss task
Great hotel , made to feel very welcome in this lovely hotel
by the exceptionally pleasant and friendly staff. It is in a perfect position in the city, 8 minute walk from Theatre Royal. Well organised, clean, spacious, comfortable and good quality service.. Stayed 31st January.
