I love Innside!! This is the only hotel I stay in when I visit Newcastle. I tried another hotel once, but it doesn't even compare (thankfully it was only for 2 nights, I then stayed at Innside afterward). The best part is that I actually got engaged here :) They were supportive and helpful in setting things up at my Fiance's request. So, this place is filled with many pleasant memories, and just like home for me! Additionally, The rooms are spacious, modern, beautiful, and very clean. The minibar stays stocked with water and non-alcoholic drinks. The staff is always very nice and takes care of everything personally. The restaurant and bar area is amazing... great food, and wonderful drinks. The outdoor scenery is picturesque. We once had an issue with a room, and we got an exemplary complementary upgrade. It is well worth the price, for a high-class experience. Already booked for my next trip, can't wait :). Sincerely, O. from America :D
