Nice place with good outdoor space but the link sent to us only provided code for front door and WiFi. Needed more instructions re how to us the keypad which was not staightforward. Also no instructions re what to do when leaving eg removing sheets from bed, used towels and emtying kitchen bins (no replacement liners provided). When we eventually found the laundry key it did not work so could not access washing machine. Difficulty getting messages to the management team but able to do so just prior to leaving

Everything we needed
We had a great mini getaway. The accommodation had everything we needed, was really clean and well presented. Such a great location tucked away in a quiet street but so close to the water and cafe etc. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thank you :)

Lovely stay at Pelican
The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The outdoor kitchen area was great in the evenings. Pelican is quiet but relaxing and the sunset over the lake was stunning. Would highly recommend staying here
