The room was clean, a little bit dated but nothing extreme, just a little wear & tear. The plugs were wiggly so not a great connection for charging but beds were very comfortable and let me tell you the staff were on it!!! Anytime you asked for help with anything their response time was like 5 minutes! Our microwave was not working and they replaced it within 15 minutes. And we had two other items we requested and they were there lickety split! The security is nice because you have to have your room cars to use the elevators to go up. It was a great deal and right next to the 9/11 memorial and close to many other things. They also have a rooftop restaurant and viewing area and it is a tall hotel, so great views!

The hotel's location is great! Situated la block from One World Trade, with many rooms overlooking the 911 memorial. The Oculus is right there, providing quick access to most subway lines and destinations. There also were multiple shopping and restaurant options close by.

Staff allowed us to check-in early for no additional cost. Water bottles and water provided. Spotless room. Very quiet for New York City. Great spot, overlooking the 9/11 monument. Very close to subway. Highly recommend. Will stay here again when we visit.
