The room is super small, the toilet and shower builds INTO room and sink in the room as well. Nowhere to put suitcase and cloth. The only thing is good is the view, but to pay that much just for the view- terrible

The lobby and lifts were very scruffy. The door to the shower in my room did not fit properly so water leaked onto the bedroom floor. The top floor bar was closed on the Friday night which was disappointing given it’s only open 2 nights. The room was bright a good standard of cleanliness but that’s really the only good thing to say. The hotel needs a refurb and higher level of staffing. Disappointed to be honest.

Have stayed here 3/4 times. Great location and view of empire state if you are in that side of the building and high enough. Room is fairly basic but all you need for a trip. Just enough space to have cabin suitcase x 2 open on the floor - there is no where to hang or store clothes. Only two towels provided - asked for more but they never came. Lifts can be slow.
