The hotel was simple but stylish with a larger room than typical for NYC at this price point. The rooftop is a nice addition, and the location is convenient and central.

Our stay at the Kixby was AMAZING! We loved the location, the atmosphere and the staff were extraordinary!! The comfort of the room was above expectations - shower was amazing, bed super comfortable, so much more. The extras (gym, beverage center/office area, rooftop area and lounge) were super convenient and we used all of them. We were able to get to and from everywhere we wanted to visit with ease. Best place we have stayed in NYC! LOVED IT and will definitely come back!

Jose was so helpful. Ordered my cab for an early departure and was there early in the morning to help me with my bags into the cab. Great service. I'll stay there again!

Hotel is reasonably well located in midtown, though not far from a dispensary and a corner popular with the homeless. Extra fees added on top that are very high. Rooms are a good size though and overall stay was good.

We were provided room 507. Facing the street and right in from of the Kixby sign that was lite all night. The light reflexed into our room and it was like day time in our room at nite. At 3 or 4 in the morning, trucks with loud bangs and men talking loudly while working on the street. The windows do not appear to be sound proof. You can hear everything. Could not get a good nights sleep.

Great location

Great location. Boutique style hotel, with a handy restaurant/bar attached called the black tap. Really good burgers there! We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere from this central location. The bed was very comfy too.
