This is a decent hotel but the staff is a bit rude and short, especially with older folks. The "twin" bed was a pull out futon we named "the back breaker"

Staff at front desk is awesome, super helpful. The hotel is split between a north and south tower, room pictures on their website did not match quite as we expected when we arrived -- lobby is quite different in reality, our room had a less well-lit feel. Garbage trucks audible from the room almost every night. Positive note - bathroom towels & shower - excellent. Wifi inconsistent (not strong & drops out). Mini kitchen - no towels / soap provided for dishes. Frig doesn't have a freezer. Great location in terms of proximity to MTA lines. Not sure if we'll pick this location again.

Great location—within walking distance to many iconic NYC sights. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. However, the bathroom felt a bit worn and could use either a renovation or more thorough cleaning. Check-in was just okay. When we arrived, there was no one in the building, so we had to wait a while to check in. The staff didn’t come across as friendly and seemed pretty disengaged. Also, something to keep in mind: the property has two separate buildings. One has the lobby and amenities shown in the photos, including the bar and gym. The other building—located across the street—is where all the rooms are, according to staff. So, if those amenities are important to you, know that you'll need to walk over to access them.

Overall I Rate my stay a 2/5. I was DENIED SERVICE my 2nd night. On the first night of service they LEFT THE TRASH in the room. I called two different days for 2 requests are NO ITEMS WERE BROUGHT to the room. The bathroom was really small, there was no shower door and the shower door didn’t even lock. I will never go back here again.

Good mattresses, nice bathroom with great shower. The location was very convenient. The only issue was that the ac unit was packed with dust. We kept the window open a lot instead. But that needs to be handled. Staff was very nice.

Small room. No lobby. Nice staff. Close to only one Subway line (the 6). It was fine. The bed for the third person is a single which we knew, but it’s a dold out low to the ground, which we suspected, but there were two bars running through it so not very comfortable for our teenager. The room we booked had a small balcony but it was too cold to use it - would be nice in warmer months. Pretty quiet street.

The elevator was down for a day, so we had to climb 14 flights of stairs a couple of times. We were told we would be slightly compensated but haven't seen anything yet. While climbing the stairs to our room, we found a syringe in the stairs. Our bedroom had a good size. The bathroom had a couple of leaking problems. The sink was leaking therefore all the towels under were drenched. Water was also leaking from the wall across the sink. We had to make the third bed (futon). Sheets were brought up, staff said they would come back to make the bed but didn't. For the drenched towels, we had to go help ourselves in the closet to get a new set. Overall, the staff had a good attitude and was pleasant.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience. The lift was out of service for one day during my stay, which was especially inconvenient given we were at 14th floor. To make matters worse, the staff were not courteous or helpful in addressing the issue or offering any assistance. Hospitality and basic amenities should be a priority for any hotel, and unfortunately, this one fell short on both. I would not recommend it unless there are significant improvements.

Such a fantastic hotel! I was in NYC for a solo trip and felt completely comfortable and at home at 32 32. The staff were welcoming and helpful with directions and suggestions. The room was spotless and had a little kitchenette, which made it easy to save money on meals. It felt safe, peaceful, and perfectly located. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the city!
