This hotel was perfect for our New York trip! It was centrally located near Times Square and Rockefeller, and Central Park was not far at all. The staff was so kind and helpful, which really made a difference. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the view of the Empire State Building was breathtaking. Highly recommend!

Disappointed as a longtime Hilton guest I stayed here for a special occasion (my wife’s birthday and our anniversary) and was really let down by how my requests were handled. I communicated weeks in advance, again a few days before, and even the day of check-in about hoping for a better room/upgrade, but nothing was accommodated and there wasn’t much effort or empathy shown. Service was inconsistent—some staff members were genuinely polite and helpful, while others came off short and dismissive. I understand it may be peak season and they could’ve been at/near capacity, but as someone who has stayed at many Hilton properties over the years, I expected better communication and a more guest-focused approach. Overall, it was an okay stay, but not what I’m used to from Hilton, especially for a milestone trip.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The staff I’m checking in to check out the cleaning staff. The location was great. We could see the Empire State balloon from our window and we were across the street from Macy’s flagship. We will definitely stay here again.
