The front desk staff was amazing! Friendly. I talked to the front desk about getting extra pillows. Within 5 minutes housekeeping was knocking at my door.

Only reason it wasn't 5 star is that their system was down and we had to delay our check in by a few hours. Otherwise, everything was exactly what you expect from a Hilton; great location, clean room, comfy bed, excellent service, reasonable price.

Great location. Staff were awesome. Room was clean and spacious for NYC. The only downside was the elevators seemed really slow, multiple times we walked down 7 flights after waiting quite a while for them to not come or show up full.

Everything was perfect. The room Was much bigger than most NYC rooms and the price was great. Staff was wonderful and the room was spotless and well stocked with soaps lotions and best of all plenty of towels for 2.

They decided to work construction at 730 a.m the floor above me. The amount of noise banging and power tools coming that floor was horrendous. We couldn't go back to sleep and it ruined what otherwise been a nice stay. My complaint isnt so much the construction. I get it service needed to be done, my complaint is knowing they were going to do the work and still giving me the room directly under it, that makes no sense!!!
