My stay was very good, as always. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and everything is usually excellent: the rooms, cleanliness, and overall comfort. However, on this occasion I had an uncomfortable experience during breakfast. The person in charge of the breakfast area stopped me in a rude manner while I was getting my breakfast, assuming I was not registered, even though I had already completed my registration. Aside from this situation, everything else was great, as usual. I would only suggest improving how these situations are handled to avoid uncomfortable moments for guests.
