My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was convenient and very easy to get around the city. The location was perfect, clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something just a little bit off the beaten path, but still convenient to everything else.

Overall a good deal and the room was nice. There were challenges with the elevator which created long waits. Definitely not ideal but they did their best.

The lock to my room had to be rekeyed before I could get in and thankfully, the engineer came quickly to do that, but only one working elevator made it take longer because the wait for the elevator was often 10+ minutes. Also, the day I checked out, the elevator was constantly full when I finally came to my floor, so I walked 13 floors lugging my bags and then the clerk was not at the hotel and I had to wait again. It took me 30 minutes to check out of the hotel.

upset about the lack of proper elevator

They have 16 people elevator for 192 suites in each suite could be average of two people plus staying There is no room service Towel service on request is not being fulfilled You have to go standby the reception so they can bring your towels to you No trash pick up service Air condition system is old very noisy For laundry, they sell you order a gallon of detergent for $12. You have to throw away 90% of it. Sink was backing up and the restroom Front Desk, they said they cannot do anything about all these problems

The hotel was clean however the size of the room was unexpected. In addition for the amount paid, would have been nice to get more than 4 channels. In addition called the front desk multiple times for towels was absolutely ridiculous. I probably wouldn’t recommend ti others.

One elevator never worked the entire week we were there. That meant that we sat in over 80° on the fourth floor for over 30 minutes every time we wanted to leave our room. With MS, I couldn’t possibly have done the stairs. We were there for five days and not once would they clean our room. We asked. They said they will only do it if we’re there for a week. The room was not clean when we got to it. Lights in the bathroom didn’t work, the fan didn’t work..

Room was clean and had more than what we needed. AC wasn’t working when we first arrived but it was fixed immediately. There were issues with the elevator so ended up taking the stairs once but otherwise just had to wait for it. Location was perfect, walking distance from train station, food, shopping and theatre.

The property was walking distance to Broadway and many sites. The in room kitchenette was a great extra. The city view from our room was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again
