Location-wise this property is a perfect 10... conveniently close to the beach, with plenty of nearby restaurants, pleasant scenery around the complex, and friendly neighbors, including the elderly lady across the hall.However, the condition of the interior is what prompted this review. My communication with Karen was conducted solely through VRBO messaging; she was courteous and thorough, which I appreciated.Upon arrival, we found the unit to be quite outdated and not well maintained. The overall condition felt somewhat dingy, which made it difficult for us to feel comfortable during our stay. As a result, we did not rest well and ultimately decided to check out a day early.Additionally, the bath and face towels provided were in poor condition... very worn and aged, with several appearing more like microfiber or decorative cloths rather than appropriate bath linens. The sheets and bedding were also stained and appeared outdated.While the location is excellent, the interior condition of the property did not meet expectations. Future guests may want to proceed with caution when considering this rental.

The property was exactly as advertised. Our host was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The screened in porch was excellent, it was a great spot to have our morning coffee or just have evening conversations. The heated pool was also great, it was a nice area to spend time after being at the beach all day.

We lacked some kitchen utensils. Only two teaspoons. The other spoons were more tablespoon size. The bathroom loft didn't have ANY towel racks to hang towels. Also no place to hang clothes/ no rods for hangers. We had to be very careful of the spiral staircase as it stuck out alot. Other than this it was a nice place.

Our stay at Seaside Serenity in Sea Woods was GREAT!The accommodations were perfect forour party of six.Theplace was clean and spacious and was move-in ready. Our 10 year old granddaughter especially liked the spiral staircase up to her own room. She felt like a princess.The entire process from booking the room to our departure was very easy. We were in New Smyrna for my grandson's wedding and the location was close to the beach and the wedding venue. No more hotels for me. If you come to New Smyrna Beach, this is the place to stay. I know we will be back

This was one of our favorite places to stay! The spiral staircase was so cool, the 3 bedrooms really made everyone comfortable, the 3 bathrooms helped with the logistics, and the screened-in deck was a pleasure every day. We came to see family in NSB and for a wedding. We walked out to the beach several times (it's basically across the street!) to walk at sunrise and to see two rocket launches. One at night and one during the day. Great location, great amenities, and the interior is very nicely appointed. Since we have family there, I'm sure we'll stay here again.

We stayed for our annual girls trip and were very satisfied! Great location, near the beach, restaurants and cute shops. Great parking and easily accessed Ubers for when we didn’t want to drive. The condo was clean, had everything we needed. We did not use any of the pools or pickleball courts so I can’t give an opinion on those.
