Discover the beauty of New Smyrna Beach from this spacious 3-bedroom house. The bedrooms are all upstairs. 2 Bedrooms have comfy queen beds. One has an en suite full bathroom with walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom is the kids room and has 2 bunkbeds and can sleep 4 to 5 kids. Toys are available. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Please note that the spokes on the landing upstairs are fairly wide and a small toddler could fit through. Therefore we are not suitable for toddlers even though we love to have children in our home.
This delightful property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heating, hair dryer, iron, WiFi, and AC. TV and electric fireplace at your fingertips for cozy at home nights.. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, towels, soap and shampoo for added comfort. This house is about an 8 minute leisurely walk from the no-car beach. It is very close to the drive beach if you prefer that. It was not far from many restaurants and grocery stores. The house is as described on the listing, and we had plenty of space with four adults.

Good location and size. Had 8 family members for a baby shower being held in NSB. Plenty of room for all of us and the table was huge which was great for all the things we had to put together for the shower.

Wonderful stay!

Stayed here for a youth football tournament and had a great stay! Rooms were very very spacious, plenty of towels, and it was clean. It was decorated very nicely as well and beds were comfortable. Definitely would stay again:)
