While the property is large and *could* be nice, we had MANY issues. Not enough glasses, dishes or mugs for our group of 7 and no dish towels or drying rack to allow us to wash and reuse. Only enough coffee for 3 pots during our 6 day stay. No hand soap in the downstairs bath or kitchen and no tissues anywhere. We had to buy all of those basic supplies. Management was informed immediately, but didn't respond for 3 days until I replied to their satisfaction survey and then they brought only extra glasses & towels.The kitchen had no corkscrew (we bought one), no food storage containers, foil, plastic wrap, etc. and there were other issues throughout the unit. The description says "plenty of windows with natural light" but the windows are all within a few feet of a wall and covered in heavy drapes. Bedrooms have no bedside tables so if you want to read or get up during the night, you need to use the big ceiling light. And the instructions given for finding the entrance to the unit were completely wrong.Not management's fault, but there was very loud construction right outside the unit and heavy equipment repeatedly blocked our car in, so a heads up about the construction would have helped.The experience was frustrating and made our family vacation much less enjoyable than it should have been. Management was slow to respond though they eventually compensated us for some of the inconvenience and hopefully addressed the deficiencies.
