Their rating of me as "Terrible" is laughable. The property had no AC in the bedrooms. It was reported and never was repaired. The ceiling poured when it was raining. We had to move furniture to keep it from being soaked. We tried to catch as much water in coolers, pots and towels. Do not put anything in the living room or hallway if there is a chance of rain .We washed the towels that were used and tried to dry them but the dryer does not work correctly. Lights and ceiling fans did not work. Some outlets do not work. Cabinet fronts in the kitchen would just fall off. The shower valve did not work correctly making it on a 2 1/2 bath instead of a full 3 bath. a couple of the beds are about to fall apart. We were given times that workers would be there to make the repairs, but only one time did someone show up. He did not fix anything and disappeared. I called Hosteva and was "disconnected" many times or the phone call would not go thru. They offered to move us to a different location on the last night at 9:30 PM. The dispute over the amount of the refund is still ongoing.
