The room I stayed in was quite damaged - patches on the walls and a missing cabinet door. The walls are quite thin in this hotel and I heard a lot more than I'd like. The biggest issue of all was that the front desk work made an "error" and assigned another group of guests to our room after we had already checked in. Imagine my surprise when I was on in my room and a group entered using their own key. That was completely unacceptable, not only an invasion of privacy but a HUGE safety concern. The front desk simply brushed it off and gave me a new key and was not nearly as apologetic as you'd think one would be for a mistake like that. Overall, I wouldn't suggest staying here if you value safety and cleanliness.

Staff was friendly but the room was very badly maintained. Hair dryer not working, no remote for TV, stove top not working and the electrical one they provided in the room was very dirty and old. No basic handsoap in restroom and only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people. Towels were very cheap, thin and worn. Shower had Sheetrock coming off of it.

Everything was terrible — the rooms were dirty, there was trash in the bins, no towels, they provided coffee but there were no cups or mugs, there was hair on the beds, and the smell of dog throughout the building was unbearable.

Don’t stay here this property is horrible! Door was broken! there was no Shower Towles! Had to dry off with face towels! Crazy right? Yeah Ik!!!! Had a 2 night stay arrive late Friday night, had no towels in the room. Towels requested. Saturday morning still no towels. Didn't get towels until 6 pm Saturday after many request. Cross the hallway rooms had trash sitting there all weekend long, staff did not bother to take trash out even after coming to our room to open door. Corroded microwave, phone room didn't work and was not given a card for room, staff had to open door every time we needed to get into room. One of the times staff tried opening it 3 times and couldn't, a gentleman tried opening it with a screw driver and a card after multiple times and waiting 30+ minutes it failed. Finally, was opened by attempting with a small black box. If all these issues were communicated at check-in it would be different but, they were not other than staff would go open our room door. Of course, never said sometimes we have problems trying to get into rooms. Staff can only work with what is provided to them, facility owners should not have this facility open. Would not recommend staying here. Expedia before putting a facility on your site make sure you know what the facility actually looks like. Pictures are deceiving.

Really bad service make me change my room three times when I arrive plus the room they gave me have a throw up in the restroom and in the last room that they gave me a spider bite me and I still on treatment for that really bad hotel. I don’t recommend this place at all
