Welcome to High Tide Haven, a 1000 sf, 2 bedroom, 2nd floor condo, just minutes from historic downtown New Bern, NC. The condo is located just over the Neuse river bridge, on the top floor of an historic (circa 1915) building. The structure was recently restored and offers a unique experience, with enough space to accommodate a family of four, and a location that's just two blocks away from the river. There's also a nice balcony to enjoy the river view and the amazing sunsets over downtown New Bern.

We enjoyed the location: in a quiet neighborhood just across the bridge from New Bern, with a view of the river from the very cozy balcony; the decor: colorful, creative, unique; and the comfort: everything from the mattresses in the quiet bedrooms to the kitchen equipment and the general layout of the spacious apartment. Would definitely stay here again. Definitely recommend!!!

Hey, we had a wonderful girls getaway weekend. Considering we’ve known each other since 1979, the albums and record player were icing on the cake. Love Newbern and the surrounding area Stuart was helpful, responsive and very easy to work with.

We had a beautiful last minute family visit with our son! This was the perfect house to meet at and perfect setting for our needs! If you are looking for a place near the water and in Brighton stay at this place. A very warm and inviting place with an eclectic design and spacious for 2 or 4 people. I would stay there again.

What an incredible space. We loved this spacious upper level 2 bedroom. Very close to the river and just across the river from New Bern. It was super quiet and we loved sitting on the small balcony in the morning drinking our coffee.

Great location for exploring New Bern. The condo was very clean, modern comfortable furnishings and a great view of the river from the balcony! Only 7 minutes from restaurants and downtown New Bern. The wall of albums in the living room was very cool, some were really a blast from the past! We really enjoyed our stay!

Stuart was amazing as was the condo. There is record player and tons of records to listen to so you can have music while you relax. Short walk to a beautiful view of the sound and Downtown New Bern. Highly recommend staying here!!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and would certainly recommend it to others. It was spotlessly clean and had a nice vibe. The historic nature of the building suited us perfectly. We also appreciated those small convenient touches such as having tissues, napkins in the kitchen and coffee filters. It made it feel like being at home but better because we were on vacation!! Great location too. Quiet neighborhood but only minutes to downtown New Bern.

Neat Vibe - Great Stay

This was a great home base for exploring the area. The unit was clean, spacious, and had a really neat vibe. Beds were extremely comfortable and there was a great view of the river from the balcony. We had a minor snafu with the front door lock but the property manager was extremely responsive and apologetic. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Great retro vibe

My husband and I stayed at the High Tide Haven for three nights, we absolutely loved everything about our stay! The record wall was awesome to go through and listen to many great classics. We could watch the sunsets fr the balcony that faces the Neuse river. The cleaniess was top notch! We will definitely be staying here again!
