150 cm TV. 5. 1 IT NETFLIX
Kitchen fully equipped: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, micro, tea, spices, everything you need for cooking & eating.
Large courtyard, pavilion, grill. Cozy. Absolutely quiet on the outskirts. Invisible - PURE NATURE! NO TRAFFIC!
The living room
Big house with big garden.
The apartment is on the outskirts of Neumarkt, 800 m to Norma and bakers and butchers. 5 minutes to the city center: shopping centers, old town, good motorway and train connection to NBG - RGB - Munich. Hiking, swimming, cycling, mountains, lakes, pure nature: cool in summer and cozy in front of the fireplace in winter.
Lots of good golf courses, tennis, and skiing.
There is a high ropes course in Velburg, 10 km away.
Altmühltal, Rhein Main Danube Canal, Franconian Lake District.
Winter sports, the Arber and the Fichtelgebirge are one or two hours away by car.
Many attractions.
Beer, pretzels, radi and obazda are Bavarian culture.
Many festivals and concerts in the summer.
Bikes and electric bicycles can be rented not far from me.
In front of the living room is a terrace with 10 x 6 m. With seating, grill.
Big garden.
Guests arriving after midnight will receive the house key, depending on the arrangement.

Bitte niemanden anbieten. Als wir angekommen waren war niemand da. Ein Nachbar hat uns mitgeteilt das die Unterkunft vom Land Neumarkt gesperrt ist bzw. nicht bewohnbar ist. Der Vermieter ging nicht ans Telefon.
Wir mussten auf ein benachbartes Hotel ausweichen, Gott sei Dank haben wir da noch Zimmer bekommen. Ob und wie wir unser Geld zurück bekommen ist unklar. Alle versuche jemanden zu erreichen an dem Abend gingen ins leere.
Fazit ist dass diese Unterkunft noch angeboten wird finden wir einfach verbrecherisch und überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar.
Bitte auf gar kein Fall buchen.
