I live at this motel it’s my residence unfortunately the place is amazing the biggest issue is they don’t give the people that stay here enough time to rent the room for the following week. Even when they tell u to do it days in advance which I always do it’s never available and I have a child that I have to pack up and constantly move. Then move back in days later. It’s a pain. I pay for my room every Friday for the following week there should be a way for the people that actually live here to be able to have the chance to book there room again for the following week. But the place is nice the Maintenance Man is a sweet heart always willing to help and comes right away when there is issues. Just wish there was a better way to book it with out worrying about having no were to go for a single night.

This place has been the best hotel experience I have ever had in my life!! The staff is super helpful and always kind. They go over and beyond to make sure there guests are fully accomaded and taken care of with unbelievable guys like, Zeck, Morvin, Aryan ,Mike, Ahmet and Abraham. They are all unbelievable and give expectional customer service and they need to be recognized for there dedication and drive to continueosly striving to give the best customer service they all possibly can . Truly amazing people and entrepreneurs who really know how to set the bar and raise it .... They are truly a fresh breath of air and this place is so clean and all rooms are maintained and designed with amazing amenities!! We love kiteville!!! Budo... we will never forget your kindness and hospitality and will be forever be grateful to you and your entire staff &family.

they were responsive to my messages up until the day of check-in. i told them in advance i would get there at 515, and sent them another message when i was there. i had to call customer service TWICE and since it was the last room and it was left a mess, i needed to wait 30 more minutes. i wasn't waiting until 7pm. i booked a room elsewhere and missed half of the concert i came to see because of their lack of communication. unbelievable.

They put us in a dirty room, there was also a hole in the wall and the floors were scratched. Communication was also bad when they were bookes. And then they tried to double the price and offer availability. Deceitful and rude.

The customer service has been poor since the last 3 weeks new people booking for holiday Memorial Day. There were a few times where I had to leave and come back because this is my primary living space right now for the last couple months. The same has happened to several neighbors. it's very inconvenient and customer service does not even answer you for hours they used the answer quickly. When they moved us to a different suite number downstairs when I walked in it looked like it hadn't even been cleaned And now we have to leave again because they're booked- out even though i was prepared to makw our next week payment days ahead of time. If you're looking for a long-term stay this is not the place

Loved the amazing customer service and clean, open living areas. This place is amazing Zeek and Morvin are amazing and beyond accommodating and Bubbo has gone over and beyond for me and I appreciate them like family . They are truly good, honest, caring business owners and I can never thank him enough for his kindness and hospitality. Abraham is amazing the property manager and has gone over and beyond to make sure our stay is amazing and he has lived up beyond our expectations and works very hard here on the property and you see the hard work pays off ! I did not even feel safe in the parking lot!!!!! This place has very shady activity and the other folks staying were intimidating, stalking and I would never ever recommend this for a family or anyone for that matter!!!!!!! DON'T DO IT!

I like that it is a pretty quiet property and that you can pay online (weekly, montly, etc). The virtual assist is very helpful and we plan to stay for a few months.

Bad experience. Will not rent even just to sleep

My stay was ok. The stove in the room had black stuff around the burners. The lights were a little too low for my taste. The lights on the left side of the room did not turn on. The room had a horrible smoke smell. There was people walking outside the room late at night, and making noise late. I did not feel safe being in the room so I made people stay with me. The parkig lot is reduced and almost always full. The kitchen sick faucet was almost falling out. I didnt take picture because I had more important things to do

Get what you pay for

This was a very cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. The parking was absolutely terrible, baby roaches popped up everyday, the water ran cold for 2 days straight, but the maintenance man did come in with bug spray and try to fix the water situation. Just not very well kept, it worked for my stay though. I just touched it out lol. If I was with family, I wouldn’t have stayed here and I wouldn’t stay here again. It would be better just paying more somewhere else.

Decent Stay

I think the room and property was clean and quiet. We did have 2 concerns that couls be fixed. Our door looked like it had been kicked in, wirh the door handke and key panel attached with a piece of wood. You can easilt move the door, it was very loose. We did not feel it locked properly. Also, the bedroom window did not seal, so cold air came in qnd the heater was in living room...so bedroom didnt get heat at all. We bought heated blankets fir the stay. I would stay there again. I would just want the room fixed or another room.

Mike and crew goes above and beyond with quick responses and handles all issues in a quick and timely fashion and could not ask for better customer service and complete professionalism at all times. They are truly amazing and clearly are the best choice in Tinton Falls!!
