The cabin overall is very cute and spacious.One thing to note is to get to the cabin. You do have to go up a pretty steep incline so making sure you have a car with 4 x 4 in my opinion is imperative, especially if it were to rain it could be tricky.A couple of things I guess we didn’t expect when we first arrived. The hot tub is pretty old/outdated and I felt like could’ve been a lot cleaner than it was.To get into the hot tub you literally have to climb up cinder concrete blocks vs. stairs. The directions were not very clear and because the hot tub is old to the buttons did not work and we ended up having to call the owner to come out and help us with the hot tub.Another thing that was a little bit frustrating was when we checked in the bathroom must have had a quick cleaning as the bath mat outside the shower was soaking wet, and there was mold on the shower curtain, which was again handled once we called the owner.The refrigerator can use a good cleaning too. The king bed in bedroom needs to be replaced and the recliner in the living room is broke.Unfortunately, I have never had issues renting, and not having expectations met when we vacation. This was disappointing, even though the owner was very receptive and kind, but in my opinion, you should not have to make phone calls things should be taken care of.
